Rescheduling
With at least 24 hours’ notice, and in agreed cases of illness, force majeure or connection problems, a lesson is moved without losing paid time.
Official payment
Payment is made to the sole proprietor’s account under the public offer.

Frequently asked questions
How does payment for learning begin?
It starts with a free 30-minute introduction. Further learning is paid for only in packages; the minimum package is 4 hours. Payment lesson by lesson is not available.
Can different directions be combined?
Yes. If a child needs several subjects or wants to combine an academic and creative direction, this can be included in one route. Each direction is charged at its current rate.
What happens if a package is not renewed on time?
The percentage advantage and additional services do not carry over; the next package is purchased under the standard terms.
What happens to paid time when a lesson is moved?
With at least 24 hours’ notice, and in agreed cases of illness, force majeure or connection problems, a lesson is moved without losing paid time.
