The teacher was not a fit
You can change without guilt or awkwardness.
How we work
Simply tell us what is happening with your child now. A difficult subject, learning gaps, exam preparation, lost confidence or the wish to try something new — the first step begins with a conversation.
No pressure. No obligation to buy a package right away.
Each next step grows from the one before it — without jumping straight to a fixed program.
A short conversation about the situation, needs and expectations.
Not only by subject — the connection with the child matters.
30 minutes with the teacher, free of charge.
Knowledge, gaps, pace and where it truly makes sense to begin.
A clear route and priorities.
Regular lessons, route adjustments and visible change.
Feedback shows the child’s real movement, not just a formal grade.
Feedback should be clear — without educational jargon.
A plan keeps the direction clear without becoming a trap.
You can change without guilt or awkwardness.
The direction and plan are adjusted.
Holidays and life circumstances happen.
The pace and workload are reviewed.
Please notify us at least 24 hours ahead. Force majeure is considered individually.
Unexpected situations have separate conditions.
The price and package terms are known before payment.

First meeting
The child does not need to prepare, learn the right answers or impress anyone. The goal is to understand whether moving forward together feels comfortable.
30 minutes — free
Meet a teacherDescribe the situation in your own words: what worries you, what works, where things became difficult and what the child or parents expect. No special report is needed.
We consider the goal, level, pace, interaction style and schedule. A free 30-minute meeting helps confirm whether there is a connection.
That is normal. We can calmly discuss what did not work and choose someone else.
Feedback is given throughout learning. At the start, we can agree how and when to report progress, difficulties and next steps.
Yes, when circumstances change and the teacher has another available time. A regular schedule is helpful, but it should not become a trap.
With at least 24 hours’ notice, a lesson can be moved without losing paid time. Separate rules apply to unexpected circumstances.
Tell us as soon as possible. These situations are considered individually under the learning rules.
Start with what you see now. The next step will become clearer after a conversation.
